Post Nuclear Outfit - Some mesh editing help please!

Would anyone be able to edit two things from the mod? 

1. Have the right leg identical to the left, that is to not have that red stocking cut-out thingy, but 'normal' pants.

2. Remove the thong strings

@Pwishy Here you go - these are based on the original download file.  They are set up to be a direct replacer - just drop and go.
