Sneak mod with SKSE plugin only?

Hey, guys i recently had to reinstall my laptop so all the mods i had then are gone now.

But anyway remember using a mod that made sneaking, or maybe i should say the npc's better at detecting. But it only came in an skse plugin. It didn't have a .esp at all.

But i just can't for the life of me remember where r what it was even called. It was one nexus though.

 

edit: I did find "better stealing" that added an skse plugin only though.

You can change a variety of sneak detection values through SkyTweak.  It isn't SKSE only, but is quite handy for adjusting a whole variety of gameplay characteristics.
