Story medium?

If a person wants to put up a story here what kind of format should you use? I've been writing on google docs, downloading it as a word document, and then posting it on the erotic writhing section. I know that some people are turned off at the idea of needing to download a file to just read a story so what should I do?

 

Is it better for me to just past the story on a new topic like almost everyone else in that section or something I probably don't know? I write short chapters so if I try to past them I'll just end up spamming the forum.
