No MCM Access to Pregnancy Since the Latest Update

There's a bug in MCM that screws it up till you restart the game, it can happen to any MCM menu

Thanks. That's where I intended to post it, and thought I'd posted it. I did it just before lying down with a migraine, and thought that I could have just felt too sick to finish before I left, and abandoned the effort, which happens often enough with things I do on the computer. That's why I posted the same question, again, in the right place, after taking some medicine and sleeping a while.

There's a bug in MCM that screws it up till you restart the game, it can happen to any MCM menu

 

In case I get no reply to the other post I left in the correct forum, I have experienced having no options in MCM until a restart, before, but never lacking the item on the list, altogether.

 

Even before initially posting, though, I did restart the game a few times, then did a clean install, restarted that a few times, and it still didn't, and doesn't, show up in MCM.

Well my MCM disappeared from the start menu altogether.
