HDT and Jigglyness Edit

I was wondering if there is anyone who knows, -or somewhere it is written- how to edit HDT values

See, I have this problem that I DLed an AllInOne mod with textures, body settings and other stuff (HDT Animated Pussy), but it's not really the pack's fault. I get the same issue if I just install things separately, including HDT; anyway the problem is that I get exaggerated jiggling for my needs and I dont want to.

I'm sure it would be useful for everyone to know exactly what value to change and how, to edit such a thing

Mostly, my real issue though, is that some spells or abilities kinda break the HDT balance by moving the character too fast or something

As a result, the butt nodes go haywire and start jumping all over the place even when the player is standing still

I like a fair amount of jiggle, but to the current setting, it can be called a bug.

So, anyway to disable the node jumping, ideally just lessen it or even fix it, WITHOUT having to uninstall HDT and all HDT enabled armors completely?

I know the Pussy mod has various configurable settings on the installer, so it must be possible.

Also btw, it's only with the butt nodes I get this issue. Breast nodes are fine.

Also yeah... I'm currently looking at the tutorials on the HDT section.

Just rushed and wrote this cause I'm not sure I'm gonna find what I'm looking for, and maybe someone can be kind and give me the fast tip, saving me a few hours of trying to learn something I'm not really interested in mastering to it's full extent. Sorry if it's wrong section too... Got carried away.

EDIT: Found ppel with the same issue. One solved it by "getting rid of the butt juggles" or something

Led me to something called JFF

Apparently it can edit xml file parameters better than normal text editor

Placed all values for butt "constraints in 0, changed angular motor drop-down bar to no motor and the issue is no more

However I STILL have no idea what I'm doing. None of those values means anything to me. It would be nice to have an explanation. perhaps I could fix it without setting it to 0

Also, even in those settings it seems to be some minimum motion
