I don't think the cause of the bug lies behind the dialogue not being attached to the quest. Look at the greeting of the donkey baker in the picture I attached. The condition is set to get donkey bakers speak that phrase upon greeting. I checked all the Donkey bakers in CS and all of them have kzsFactionBakery set as their faction. So what's the problem?

You are welcome to mess with it if you want but I should have the newest version (verG) ready in a week or so (maybe less). Most of the time the no greeting error is caused from a load order problem and\or a conflict.
