Visual clothing damage in FO4?

I've just remembered that there was a dress mod in NV that visually degraded when your health reaches a certain threshold. I can't seem to find it right now but it was a really good concept. Is that possible in FO4?

There's a few outfits out there that have open or pulled down options so you can kinda do it yourself with those but nothing with actual damage yet.
