Azzhat Posted August 25, 2018 Posted August 25, 2018 It's pretty late into the game, already killed Kellog and need to head to the glowing sea, I'm doing When Freedom Calls and I get the power armor and minigun, but no raiders spawn. I tried using setstage as a workaround but it didn't help. Anyone know of a fix?
