I have the similar problem, though mine is the first time I enter. I think that I might have found a solution, but I will withhold my opinion on that until I have proven that it is solved. Out of curiosity, are you using the newest version of Slaverun Reloaded?

Once the mod creator finishes a new version, then check it if it's safe to play. Otherwise, use an older version. Boring, yes, but better than nothing.

I just fixed it, i installed "crash fix 64x" and it works smooth now
