I thought a good mod idea would be:

Player/NPC has no weapons equipped and are being attacked but are saved by a random NPC. The NPC then will approach the player where you'll talk and say thank you. Where in return he'll say "You're welcome!" Or "Maybe you could repay me *Looks at breasts* or *Show me some respect and get on your knees, I deserve it after what I did for you" 

Where you could choose and if you decline you'd have a chance to be raped, robbed, etc. OR it works out and he goes on his way

The scenario itself (PC / NPC getting knocked down in combat) has already been implented into the SL framework (see SL: defeat / SL: submit).

There are also some conversation-based mods that start sex-scenes, per se.

A combination of both.. hm.. not sure.

 

My advise: try some of CPU's work (might have that option in one of his mods - he is an ingenious fellow), or add that request to the SL_defeat support page. In case you don't get better advice.
