Sexist Guards adds silent dialogue to NPCs (options available to disable for certain types of NPCs" using fuz ro dah, so not actual voiced dialogue, but subtitled nonetheless. It also includes an optional feature in which your player character will have silent dialogue depending on the situation.

i know but what i would like is enemy npc with unique voiced and behavior.
