The link does not directly lead you to what you want but I believe I saw the Gilgamesh Arrow Spell and the likes from the collection. Click on the link at the top of the page, for example:

 

Skyrim(51)

Press the small white box with green arrow button and select 'PC'. Then you will download that file. Note that it requires 7z unzip program. For example:

 

Download(1) Whitebox-with-green-arrow

i recognize the gilgamesh spell it is called lesser gate of babylon, got allof them in fact you can download them at the top yo would see that 첨부파일 (Downloads)

right under the title there you can download them but be aware to use the gladiator power only on flat grounds (not on stairs or else you will be teleported or die)
