Yuuen Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 I've got this mod I've made that adds a bunch of conditional misc greeting dialogue, just to make things a bit less repetitive, kind of wanted to make it a bit more interesting so I looked into adding some scripts into it, I used the CK and put some functioning example scripts in the "on end" box for the dialogue, things like checking an item slot or giving an item but it always errors when I try to compile. I've watched and checked guides on general scripting, but it doesn't seem to be me doing something inherently wrong script-wise. So I was wondering does it work differently and are there guides/examples of how to use it?

Apparently compiling with a debug message or something similar first and then adding the real script code is how it's supposed to be done. Didn't even realize I already asked something like this months ago with no answer, seems like any scripting help on this website is pretty dead...
