is their a mod where you can harvest cums from sex animations and then use them to upgrade your character. a bit like achieve that !  mod but here you have  to have sex to collect sperm and use it to upgrade your character .

It doesn't require any collecting, but Sexlab Leveling (dated but still works) has that function.

 

You get a point every time you have sex (optionally only with a new, non repeat, NPC) and you can spend them on certain abilities or upgrades. There are resist spells for fire, frost, shock, poison/disease, cheaper spells and stronger spell/melee damage.

 

It also has a defeat/rape function that works for a prevent death function but sometimes bugs if you are defeated but are still animating or the NPC that should rape you is (running, jumping, trying to attack, various actions) so you just are healed to full but still in combat.  I usually open the console at that point and type TAI and move away a bit, then reopen the console and toggle TAI again and just restart the fight if I get into a defeated/healed/defeated cycle with too many enemies around me.
