Bleach zangetsu mod not working properly?

so i downloaded that mod looked cool

but to my knowledge there isn't a english readme

so i press the the » key and i see it says added zangetsunomalform

but there isnt anything in my inventory nor in my actual character so what do i have to do to make it work?

also the other keys do the same added blah blah and yet nothing happens.
