Remove penis from sims? [Semi-solved]

I've recently updated my Sims game, alongside the wickedwhims mod[which I love] , but I just can't seem to figure out how to remove the penises from it.  Any idea as to how I can do that?

 

When I say I want to remove them, I don't mean select ''no'' on ''does this sim have a penis?'',  because that just makes them always sit to pee, and I don't want that.  I just don't like the penis being there.  It's something I've always removed in previous versions of the mod.

 

 

Edit - I found that I'll have to edit a certain part in S4S called "Geometry" to remove the penis manually via Blender
