What mod should I use to make a boarding school?

I was thinking about making a boarding school, and stated looking up what mod can be used.

There are a few "Go to School" mode, but for a boarding school, I didn't find anything.

I heard about Zerbu's "Venue Changes", which let you add modded building types.

But it's kinda broken ever since the Seasons updated. And I don't see any other mod that serves a similar function, as far as I can find.

So yea, anyone has any idea?
