SleepyJim Posted August 6, 2018 Posted August 6, 2018 The quests were removed in version 4.0. They were in an esp included in downloads for previous versions, called Devious Deviants. (Some of the assets they used, such as the forbidden bookshelf, its books and key, are still in the DDi.esm but are now unused.) If you can find someone with an earlier version of devious devices you could possibly still use the old esp, but it was removed because it didn't work very well and no one on the devious team had the time or the interest in updating it.

SleepyJim Posted August 7, 2018 Posted August 7, 2018 Yes. Before version 4.0 the DDi download included Devious Devices Integration.esm and Devious Deviants.esp. Now it only includes the esm. The quests were in the esp.
