Does changing a characters emotion affect their facial expression during sex?

I am trying to change a character's emotion from uncomfortable to flirty/upbeat using "Sims.remove_all_buffs" but it doesn't reset the girl's emotion/mood to fine. Keep in mind I have console command cheats enabled. If it did work I'd try using "Sims.add_buff < FlirtyHigh >" to change her emotion afterwards, though Idk if that's correct either. What is going wrong? If I did change her emotion would it even affect her facial expressions during sex?

It doesn't work like that I'm afraid,

The facial expressions are added by the animators and varies from creator to creator,

Unfortunately it's not affected by the Sims moodlets in any way,
