ENB suddenly stopped working

So, I've been modding for years and my ENB is seemingly malfunctioning. I was using Snapdragon for a little over a year now when it happened. My game went from looking like this..

I thought maybe it was the ENB so I switched to Kwanon ENB...

but it seems that even that Kwanon only half works on my setup...

 

 

I'm missing quite a few options in the ENB configuration menu as well. 

 

 

 

 

 

I'm pretty sure I'm extracting the wrapper ENB files into my Skyrim directory and placing the ENB presets into the same directory afterward. I use ENB FXAA SweetFX Manager and Remover for what it's title implies before switching ENB presets and I follow simple ini rules such as "bFloatPointRenderTarget=1".   I would think it's my graphics cards ( I SLI two 770s) but every other game seems to function fine including really, really cute games like Injustice 2.
