I've Done both, and since i first noticed it and went back and re-downloaded it and hopoing to fix the issue.

I thought I may have caused this error because I have Noir's pornstar cock, nandong tongue, ww extra skin (though that one is irrelevant), wild_guy's female body details, better body, cmar_nippletopfemale (which is probably what I should have not put back in-- I was worried this would clash with the others), Wicked Whims 3.3.4.129h, ooOlalaworld, mike24, and lifelife animations. The reason I listed all of this is because, I have been getting more glitches then just this error.

 

7/30/18 I downloaded WW, Noir, nandong, the animations, and placed them in my mods per all instructions on 7/30 for the first time ever. (though I was a sims 2 mod user) I had taken out cmar before I placed them in. Seeing that there would be an update I played the game that night knowing I would have to update everything later.

7/31/18 The next morning (before the update released) I played the game and got two glitches.

The first was something simple. The thumbnail on the WW menu is glitching. It was after update 3.3.4.129h too

More freaky, my child got decapitated after she turned into a teen. Though I saved this to my sims photo gallery (absolutely sure I did), it is not there anymore. (along with a few other pictures I think I lost) Now, I make a note to research many glitches and fixes before I download a new mod. I know Nangong's tongue can have a floating problem, and that WW doesn't always do well with accessories (though that was probably in the past) but the tongue was not equipped as an accessory to the sim that was decapitated, nor did that sim have CC, nor ever do a WW action. The head was stuck in her stomach with her mouth floating down below and her eyes protruding on both sides of her belly, in fact her facial features formed the perfect shape of female ovaries and uterus. It was freaky but I had reasons to ignore it, I thought as I remembered broken sims 2 and having another sim in sims 4 periodically walk like a toddler all his life (still does) without, at the time, having CC or mods and knowing I have always had a problem with sims arms being displaced (still do EA never caught the glitch-- attached picture). The displaced head returned to normal.

8/1/18 This morning, I updated the game, WW, and checked all my mods for updates-- these are the only mods I have-- as far as CC besides what I listed here that counts as CC I have, hair, lip color, and 1 or 2 outfits, and 2 furniture sets (which were no where near my glitch locations, nor does that usually matter).

Today, My sims decided to do it on the outdoor square coffee table that came with Parenthood, I don't remember what animations, but I told them to change animations then move to the picnic table. The male continued doing the same animations as before, but the woman just stood there intersecting the table and moaning (wait, what?). I didn't know what to do, it wouldn't cancel. So I had them move to a couch, same thing. Change position? Same thing, however the moaning and mouths changed. Go back to the coffee table? They didn't move, although he did continue grinding the back of the couch. The only way out that I thought of at the time was to select climax and have them do their thing. It worked for her but he was stuck, so I changed it to build mode and out again, didn't help. Finally I teleported him to another lot via another sim. At He wouldn't get dressed and the naturism icon was still stuck in his actions list (that's what I call it). He only got dressed and completely reset when another sim reacted.

I sent them back home and was repairing the dishwasher when I got the last exception warning. Which is actually a good thing.

 

Thank you Turbo Driver for having that in your mod. Though, it was clear I had problems with my game, it was the only thing making me post about it and seek help. BTW, I would rather keep my saved games folder then lose that completely just to fix the game. (though there are methods to upload my sims and houses and reinstall it, that I know)

I'm sorry I don't have pictures for these two, that's the only reason why I am being super description, although it make it hard to read. Bold lines are my glitches, but only only underlined and bold are related to WW and LL mods. Thanks for reading.

I'm sorry I need to correct myself. I have no way of knowing the decapitation issue was related to mods, but it was before the current updates and it had never happened before I installed the mods. Nonetheless, I shouldn't assume.

Should I redownload mine? I mean, that probably won't help mine since I have a slough of issues, but hopefully? I hope that fixes yours though.
