Ancient Blades Weapons & Armor convert to UUNP?

Can anyone convert this to a UUNP Bodyslide for me? Or at least explain how I can do it? In particular I mean the short ninja-style kimono you can see in this link:

It's perfect for my character, but I can only find it in SevenBase. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

this mod is now in CC Bethesda.Net.

a conversion without the consent of the author, better said from Bethesda, is not more possible.

this can be converted. only drawback it is for SSE.
