Suggestions for a combat oriented mage build?

Hey people,

 

It's pretty much as the title suggests. I'm looking for suggestions for a battlemage type character. She'll be heavy on destruction, conjuration bound weapons and raising undead, enchanting and to a lesser extent one handed weapons. I plan on using sneak and illusion to open battle with a critical attack then into the fight. Mostly I'm asking for what people think would be better, more emphasis on heavy armour and a melee focus loadout or light armour? I can't really decide between hanging back with spells or close in and then use a sword.
