SKSE should not be installed, but copy / paste the following files into the game directory:
  SKSE loader
SKSE _steam_loader.dll
SKSE-1-9-32.dll (your version should be used in the same way)
From the SKSE folder. copy / paste the Data folder to the skyrim directory.
From the game directory right click on SKSE. Loader, send to the desktop, do the autoconfiguration from the original Skyrim icon.
Lancia FNIS, double click on SKSE.loader, play

If you did not (in your list there is not) also install these:

Done as You told...

The good Part: After Running FNIS and LOOT there are no Errors. All looking well to this Point.

But now the bad Part: While Running the Game by Clicking the skse64.loader Game is Loading without any installed Mod.

What to do now?

Are you using Mod Organizer?

Then you need to launch SKSE through MO or else you will get exactly what you described, since MO installs all your mods virtually and not actually in the game folders.
