[Request] Merchant for Devious Devices without big story mod

Hello, I'm looking for a merchant where I can buy and sell Devious Devices like belts, collars, piercings etc. I know some mods like Slaverun or Captured Dreams have that but these mods are too big for me. Is there a way to add DDs like any other Item to a merchant? Maybe a new merchant for DDs only would be nice.

I used this one before but i not sure how you can use with Slaverun and Captured Dreams.

Cursed loot has a vendor.

Or if you're mostly looking to sell: the perk that lets you sell anything to any vendor will let you also sell DDs to any vendor.

The dollmaker, she will buy any devices, and I think she sells some too (at least she used to).
