AcacGames Posted July 25, 2018 Posted July 25, 2018 Hi, All! As a user, I'd like to use some mods that use node scaling, like Gem Oven III, Cum Inflation, or Slaverun. However, I'm not sure if I have the required pre-requisites installed. Is there an easy way to test if node scaling is working? Is what I'm using (below) enough? Am I missing anything? I'm using: CBBE Curvy 3.4F Sporty CBBE - Athletic muscle map v3-2 BreakUndiesPlus6.0.2b XP32MSE skeleton FNIS & Animal ran with arm fix ticked BodySlide and Outfit Studio ran Batch Build (without ticking morphs) SLAnimLoader-1.5 MYSLALPACK v12.0, by Shashankie EDIT: Also have Inflation Framework Doesn't seem to register other mods, like Slave Run and Soul Gem Oven 3, for me. I'm also using a bunch of other stuff, but I wasn't sure if they were relevant. Thanks!!
dankmemesxd Posted July 25, 2018 Posted July 25, 2018 Just check the mods page, it should all be in the description. Like every mod that is required.... If you dont bother reading them, you can give up already, because there are lot of incompatible mods aswell.

I realized what I needed was Inflation Framework. I installed Inflation Framework (SLIF) version 1.2.0a, but now I have another question: SLIF doesn't seem to register the other two mods (Slaverun and Soul Gem Oven 3). Do you think you could give me a crash course on setting up SLIF? Do I register the mod from SLIF or from the mod itself (SR or SGO3)? Does it auto-register? Did I miss a step? SR says SLIF is installed, but SLIF doesn't show SR (nor SGO3) as registered mods. Is it a load order thing? Thanks!

Honestly i'm not even sure what's supposed to do, it always caused more trouble for me than it solved and does not enable node scaling - your body replacer is supposed to do that. Pretty much any version of CBBE will work, but since you replaced parts of it via bodyslide enabling morphs there might be necessary. Not sure, i never tried without morphs.^^ Oh, the other thing necessary is NiO. It's a tool that comes with racemenu, so usually you don't need to install it additionally. If you use ECE instead of racemenu i'm not sure how to proceed... there are some compatiility issues between racemenu and ECE so you should only use one, i think just installing NiO in that case would work, but you should read about that topic on the related support threads or ask somebody else. What you might want SLIF additionally for is to set a general max for the scaling that overrides the single mod maximums. But i never really needed this, i'm usually fine if i just reduce the default max in the single mods i've installed. What i use is: SGOIII: max of 3 FillHerUP: 6 (disable cum inflation in all other mod since that does a better job here imho) Estrus Chaurus: Medium That's about half of default for each of those three, if you use different mods or more or whatever, different values might serve better. You can change them on the run so you won't break anything by doing so, the update times for those mods differ, though, that might make it a bit time consuming to find values that fit your taste and setup. The main problem is to find values that maintain a visible change if only one effect is currently active but don't make your belly bigger than your whole character if they are active all at once. Similar for breasts if you have several mods changing their size, and even more tricky to find good values. Hard to give any advice since it depends mostly on the size your body has by default and your taste. For testing.. i'd recommend to lookup console commands to cheat you some soul gems, add a couple into your inventory, then use SGOs menu to insert them. With black soul gems wait ingame half a day and some minutes real time to make sure it was updated, then you should have a visible effect. Try to get all the other effects triggering (sex for cum inflation and whatever) to see if it's OKish.
