Is there any way to change the body of a mod follower in skyrim to fully nude? 

 

For example the red follower in this mod : https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/12892

 

Because everytime the character goes nude he is in skyrim underwear - nevernude

Probably the mod uses a custom femalebody.nif.

Just replace it with one that is nude (the CBBE one for example)

Better if you pick a nude body that is similar to the one used by the follower

 

P.S. the mod is no more available on Nexus.

I did that but its still the same problem i dont know if there are seperate files that are conflicting or something

your problem are the nif files. You will need to copy 6 nif files from

 

"data\meshes\actors\character\character assets"

 

to the corresponding follower directory if your follower is humanoid female.

 

femalebody_0.nif

femalebody_1.nif

femalefeet_0.nif

femalefeet_1.nif

femalehands_0.nif

femalehands_1.nif

 

If that follower mod has a BSA file, then you will have to extract the BSA file in your data folder. then copy the files and delete the BSA file.

 

or using a BSA extractor find the directory name of the follower mesh files and create the same under your meshes and copy the nif files there
