@KARCEMACKERS ,

 

Autonomy setting must be HIGH but Low is better .

 

Enable Debug option and choose "always accepted" ON 

 

In KW , your sims need more skill level (woohoo and exhibition) for more sexuel interactions and more location (various objects).
