Magic Circle and Runes Tattoos

as the title suggests I'm looking for a racemenu overlay mod that adds things like magic circles, symbols, runes, stuff like that, and works for female characters, can someone please help?

 

Tattoos kinda like these:

 

I actually don't know if you can download this, if someone can tell me if this face tattoo can be downloaded, and tell me what mod adds it that would be great.

 

 

I know you can't download this one but that's why I'm here looking for mods that add similer tattoos.

 

 

I have yet to test this mod on female characters but even if it does work (which I don't believe it will) I would like to have some more variety.

how does this one work with the freckles mod if u know? i may be wrong but aren't they both warpaint replacements?
