Save all MCM settings?

Starting a new game and changing all the MCM settings to how I like them is such a tedious and time consuming task, is there anyway for me to save my MCM settings so that I don't have to change them every time I start a new playthrough?

Only a few mods have this feature I'm afraid. Some uses FISS and others store settings on json files.

It's not a specific feature but a convenient side-effect.  If you have Skyrim Unbound ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71465  ),  you can start a new save and set your MCM settings before you create your character.  Then you can just load that starting save every time you want to make a new character.
