Freezing when opening work tables or magazines.

Hey folks,

I've been having a great playthrough so far.. I spend a good 48 hours on building my Sanctuary so far (so loathe to start over, as I'm sure  you can imagine!) yet now I've found a bit of an issue.. Whenever I try to read a magazine my game freezes and stops responding, now I noticed the same happens when I try to go into a cooking fire. This wasn't an issue before. I first noticed it when I tried to use the #10, Nuke-The-Man!  issue of Live & Love.  I'd really appreciate some help. Having to start all the way over isn't an option anymore.

But you the game freeze or you get stuck? Can you use console?

My entire game freezes and then (it isn't a temp freeze) stops responding if I try to do anything. So it just.. stops responding I guess. 

Edit: I think it has something to do with my mods, because I went to an earlier save where I had no issues and it is an issue too now.. Yet the only thing I got were creation club things from then until now.

Edit2: So even on a new game with no mods this is happening it seems.. So weird. Any idea?

Is there anything I could remove, potentionally (I tried logs already) that would come back on it's own and fix this? Since it happens in a new game too?

Updated a bunch of mods.. Did nothing.

This is happening without any mods?? Without anything in data folder besides the original files?

If this is the case, try to check the integrity of the game in steam, they will repair any damaged files.

No, with mods disabled, I should say. I've done the integrity and honestly I think it's caused by the Armorsmith expanded or something, but I'm not sure. I'd remove my data folder (as a temp solution to test) but it's 90GB and I don't have that much. But disabled (not uninstalled) it still doesnt work.

Fixed by reinstalling one mod at a time.
