Male Strap-On?

Is there a strap-on somewhere for male sims? The female strap-ons don't work for men and mess up their body shape. I want it for a trans man who hasn't had bottom surgery, so the regular penis won't work since it can't be layered over anything.

This one (the Alpha-Lich Double Ended Strap-On, specifically) doesn't have a strap going around the body, so it might look better? I would imagine the accessory version (I think it's in the ring section) would give the best results. It is not enabled for all genders when first downloaded, so you will need to make it available for all genders in Sims 4 Studio beforehand. I have a guide on how to do this in my Sims 4 Gender guide (in my signature). I have not tested this item myself, so I am not sure, but it sounds right. Good luck.

 

Edit: I got to test it, and it works fine once you unisex it in Sims 4 studio.
