Variant Nipple Overlays Using Creation Kit?

Im tryin to create a new way to have different nipples on my various follower girls. I have each one atm with their own complete texture sets. However, the tax is getting a bit high. The best way I think "game-engine-wise" is to have ONE full texture set for all NPCs, and have each follower show little overlay parts that provide a unique appearance. 

 

With such a method, I could add not just variant nipples, I could add tatts, scars, etc.

 

I figured I might could add a texture with alpha like this:

to the config area of the CK here:

If I could add an overlay texture on that window, that would be sick. Can I do this? Or is there another/better way to have one base set of skin textures for all NPCs and differentiate using special overlay texture files?

If you can get it to work, I'm all ears.  

 

I tried doing something similar, but detail overlays only get applied to face textures (Freckles, Rough, Age40, etc.)

 

What I wound up doing was making ~20 skin variations in GIMP, creating the corresponding texture sets in the CK, populating them into several formlists (in different orders), then duplicating the "NakedTorso" armor add-on and corresponding "SkinNaked" armor items, each with its own formlist.  The formlists let the game engine vary the textures by the NPC weight.  You can then either set the AA pieces to be race-specific (as they kinda already are), or manually place the new "NakedTorso" skins onto specific NPCs.
