Animations dont work :(

Hello,

Im new to SexLab and this is my first Questions (but not my last Im sure lol):

Ive installed Skyrim SSE as descibed here 

All fine so far. But now no Animation works. Own Character and NPCs are getting nude, but than just standing without any Moving (sometimes stuck together at the same Place). What to do? May be caused of wrong handling the Overwrite Files in FNIS during Installation Mods? (by Adding a new Mode there are always Overwrites like Meshes, Scripts and Tools in FNIS Folder) 

 

Another Problem for me is the Fact that when Im walking outside most NPCs and Creatures are unfriendly and Im killed instead of being fucked lol
