Help with follower mod (Acalypha).

Well anyone already ported the follower acalypha or can help me port (i really bad with those things) to sse?

Install it as it is. Most LE mods works directly without any conversion, if there are no animation files in it.

That mod includes nif-files which will need to be updated with NIFOptimizer, and DDS-files which mostly works fine, but sometimes have the wrong format, causing crashes, and need to be re-saved.
