Simple Transformation Mod

I was wondering if anybody here could point me in the right direction to what I need to do in order to have a simple transformation mod working

The goal is fairly simple, do not change height, weight, or meshes or animations of anything about my PC

I only wish to change hairstyle (color), eyes, skin (either via new texture or skin recolor, prefereably the former) and outfit (hopefully in a way I can even equip something different if I wanted)

I dont even want to remove fast travel or modify camera control, for all purposes, it's just an aesthetic change, except the idea is the change being a different race with altered resistances, health, speed, damage, etc

 

I have managed to tweak a vampire transformation mod to my likings, but it's still not perfect as I would like, because it points to different animations, so weapon wielding is impossible.

Saw some fairy transformation mod, but it seems it's already changed on the same things according to the description

 

So, anybody knows of a mod that does something similar, which I can modify, or a tutorial that might get me th where I want?

I have moderate use of both CK and TES5Edit, no and scripting skills (but I can try, depending on the difficulty)
