How do I get breast and butt bounce physics to work in SSE?

Are you completely new to this topic? If yes, you gotta find which kind of physics you want:

 

  - Animation: Doesn't actually use a physics engine. Uses animations to simulate bounce. Some may find it easier to install, but has fewer customization.

  - Physics: Implements actual physics to breasts, body and possibly belly. Has many customization options, but might require an elevated knowledge of modding to install.
