AtomicB vanilla clothing/armor Bodyslide help

Hello all, I wanted to try this body out. I use the standard CBBE curvy model but I like a bit more curves on my girls. Anyway, the vanilla armors and clothing below the main DL file, it says I have to use Bodyslide to generate the files to be usable. I have watched the Gopher Bodyslide video and another YT video how to convert vanilla armors to your preferred body using Bodyslide. However, none of the examples I am finding are showing me how to do this. I downloaded the armor/clothing file separately but I am not sure how to pull those files into Bodyslide and then I don't know how to convert them for the AtomicB format. Can someone point to a video or website on how to do this, please?
