request to fix the reward store please

since the seasons update I lost a toon and had to bring her back to my game. I found out the rewards store had all the season traits lost, not there. so I had to take the mods folder out and make a fake mods folder with only mcc add the seasons rewards take it out and put It back together. I also had to go bk to game and in each house I play from they lost their comdoms and everything else. some even lost there hair lol, anyway im thinking maybe there waiting for ea's next update. but now I cant add anymore toons until someone fixes the store. its just to hard, the first time I did that I messed up my game. now im getting abit better of cheating the system, but itd be nice if I could bypass that. thanks for listening.
