[FH] Marine Armor Mods?

The Marine Armor from Far Harbor looks pretty cool on a male PC, however it is fairly useless since the only way to obtain a legendary set is to buy it from vendors for 40k+ caps - and then the legs are still missing.

 

Are there any mods doing the following:

 

1. add the Marine Armor set to the global legendary item pool, with minimal drop chance (so it is treated the same like all other DLC items, example the .45-70 Repeater or the Nuka-World Raider Armors)
2. add voice modulation to the helmet
3. add slots for West Tek Tactical Optics and Tactical Flashlights to the helmet, so it basically works like a Power Armor helmet

 

I guess everything except the Flashlight would be easy to do with the CK, however Bethesda now wants your soul (e-mail) so i still don't have that.
