[TS4] My sim's face become red and look like this after having sex

I can not remove all the "crying" and redness things on her face  What should i do now?

Try taking a shower. That on her face is supposed to be there, no idea about the red part though.

remove the sensual tight trait from your sim or just wait (no sex) and she'll stop crying
