Kodiak Posted July 3, 2018 Posted July 3, 2018 Not likely. Maybe there are topless 'custom" leader mods, but you'd have to flex your Google-Fu for that. There are some GIFs of some of the female Civ5 leaders like Catharine, Isabella and Boudicca getting it on but nothing that can be ported in game. those you can find on PornHub. I had them, but cant seem to find them at the moment.
