Add new animation of SexLab

How to add new animations in SexLab?
1. I Use Nexusmod Manager;
2. First install the Sexlab Frameworks and use this version here: SexLabFramework_v162_FULL.7z;
3. Then download Sexlab AnimationLoader.
Finally I wanted to insert some SLAL Packs but I was not able to activate the new animations in the game.
What should I do? What is the right order of installation?

i can't help with NMM, but i do have this:

I do not know where NMM istall the animation. I tried to move the animations manually but I can not register them in the game
