Game keeps failing to load at Start Up

Been struggling ever since updating Wicked Whims mod a few days ago, writing this on 6/25/18 at 3:00 pm est in the U.S.

Never had an issue until the last Sims 4 Update, and the last 2 Wicked Whims Update. Game fails to load at the screen where you choose a house to move into. I've done all the tricks, deep cleaning, etc. Even as far as removing everything and rebuilding my mod folder from the ground up. I've gone through, removing all the cc and it still crashes at the same screen. Failure to load code starts with the number 102. Extremely frustrated to the point of simply removing the entire game from my system. The vanilla game is just too bland, and the wicked whims seems to be broken. I'm going to attempt to post the last exception file via PasteBin. Any help is appreciated, Im to the point of giving up. I know its the Wicked Whims mod causing the issue, says something about takes 3 positional arguments, but 4 are given, whatever the Hell that means.

 

Also have attempted the OLL fix, still refuses to load past the home selection screen. Wicked Whims Update "f" has been installed, still having issues.

try to click on a house to go  into family and it will stop and give me an error code, saying The game failed to load Error Code 102:ff495b5:b3C27d2

 last exception filed I will paste here as well

I don't have Sims 4 Pets, could this be the reason or No?
