Problems with installing "DD Cursed Loot" with NMM

Greetings Everyone

Following situation: i set up my Skyrim game completly new (had it unistalled for a year) and found a problem with "Devious Devices Cursed Loot".
I Install all my mods with "NMM" Nexus Mod Manager. Some thats bullshit and stuff, but yet it was the most user friendly and least complicated Mod Manager i found. (I also use Wyre Smash and LOOT, but only as a Support to check my Load orders and that very carefully and step by step by instructions i read. i admit i dont understand it very well and only act word by word on the tutorials yet)
The Problem is, that after i added DD Cursed Loot (version 6.4 NOT Special Edition) to the NMM (like any other Mod from LoversLab) and want to Install/activate it, NMM unpacks it but at between 98% unpacking and the actually installing process it just stops. no error or failure message just nothing.

I seeked for solutions and or tutorials how to install DD Cursed Loot manual but beside many playthroughts on youtube (Thanks youtube for the great search result for "How to Install XXX") the best i find is the discription of the Author on his page reading i quote: "Then use your favourite mod manager to install it (recommended!), or just drop the folder contents into your /Data directory (definitely not recommended)" quote ends.
I confess i am not the very smartest when it come to detailed computer tech, so i am rather carefull not to mess up everything. So could someone tell me what exactly i should understand under "Just drop the contents folder into your Data Directory"?
i will attach a screenshot of the unpacked content of the Folder. so should i just drag and drop EVERYTHING into my Skyrim Data Folder or only the .ESP file or anything inbetween or is there a way to fix NMM to install DD Cursed loot normaly (which it did in the past i though and which it still do with any other Devious Devices mod without any problem)

Thanks you for your help your advices and your comments
Sincerly

You could try using mod organizer2, Instead of actually changing the ingame files it actually creatures a virtual folder. Not only does it actually make it significantly easier to mod files(you can install and not have to worry about the base files being gone/missing) but i found it actually installed files much faster than NMM did. I actually started to use nmm on my recent installations and i gave up because small files that were only like 5mb were taking like 5 minutes to install. It might be a little bit more difficult to understand but just a better program, but it does have its issues too.
