Download the file, extract it, since it's a 7zip format you're best bet is to use 7zip to extract it. Find your Starbound directory there should be a mod folder in there, open that put the extracted bunnykin folder in the mods folder. Run the game... profit!?

Sorry for being late on the reply; you will need 7zip to open the archive, and from there you must put the included "SexboundAPI_bunnykin" mod into your mods folder.

Basically, exactly what Requiemfang said.

 

I apologize for the lack of a .pak file.
