hey does anyone know if there is a bulge mod for the sims 4, that installs a bulge to all male clothes?

Ah okay. It's the only one I know of that works as a default replacement. Some clothes adds bulges themselves.

I second this. I only have the Luumia mod and its for some clothes

RedheadSims has a preset full body with a bulge, but it doesn't work with all pants.  NarciCC bulge slider with work with some underwear, swim suits and pants.
