I shall go to the block to loose my head but the scene stopps and nothing happens anymore. And I had some weird graphic problems during the walking scene, like no arms and a longer neck and such. What the hell is wrong with the vanilla start? I use the Alternative-Start mod.

If you are using Alt start- live another life mod currently, then I would try to avoid doing the long Helgen intro scene. Try some other start like necromancer. Also, you shouldn't automatically be in that helgen scene if you have the alt start mod installed. If you do, then there is an issue that I can't figure out unless more info is given.

Is this issue only happening after installing the alt start mod? What if you removed it? Does the problem persist? The reason I got the alt start mod was so that I could skip the long winded scene, but if you were just going to go with it anyway you could try removing the mod. Do you use anything that alters Helgen? Like Helgen reborn or anything that alters the intro scene?
