Weight paint for thighs and arms

Hi guys, I recently downloaded this

this mod works fine, but I want the same thing that is in the physics of this body in my regular setup, basically, not only do I want boobs butt, belly, I also want the thighs and arms to jiggle. I am not sure where to get started, can someone point me in the right direction. I am currently using HDT PE.
