Eternal loading screen when long range travel and crashes in Falkreath

Hi,
When I want to travel with carriage to riften I get an non ending loading screen. And I get almost every time when i'm near or in Falkreath a CTD, i have no idea why. i play a lvl 1 char with almost 0 quests done. The endless loading screen happens everywhere, not only by fast travel.
